Cost Estimation & Final Measurement

This analyzes key factors that affects construction cost, performs case study and comparative analysis of construction cost, and build and review a construction cost
management plan that can be maintained throughout designing and construction stages, determining the reasonable construction costs. This enables to predict
reasonable monthly completion payment rate using integrated cost/progress management tools, and reviews reasonableness of payment in proportion to the actual
completion rate in conjunction with the monthly progress/completion reports, ensuring the precise final completion and payment.
